Penta Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd is a Singapore-owned enterprise which was founded on December in 2001.

It is located in Suzhou Singapore Industrial Park and has rooted in the park for over 20 year. Our company concentrates on self-development, production and sales of vacuum coating/etching equipments. The main product are PVD coating machine, CVD coating machine, Xenon Di-fluoride (XeF2) etching machin, Vacuum Degassing Furnace. We also supply Parylene material and provide Parylene nano coating services.

Parylene coating technology are widely used in the fields of aerospace, PCBA, LED,magnetic materials, sensors,silicon products, sealing material, medical application, precious cultural relics, etc. Parylene coated products have high insulation strength and high & low temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, lubrication, which are dust-proof, moisture-proof, rust-proof, water-proof,anti-fungus, anti-aging, biocompatible and so on.
