Silicone Rubber
Use Parylene to coat a thin polyester generator film and a rubber ring seal in the gas cover to protect them from corrosion by chemical solvents and cleaning materials. In harsh environments, silicone rubber keyboards and other silicone products are coated with Parylene to increase the endurance of printing and improve its resistance to chemical moisture. Now more and more civilian rubber seals are also beginning to use Parylene coating for surface lubrication treatment, acid, alkali and moisture resistance and other protective treatments.
